What can I return or exchange?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unused and/or defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and returned within 14 days of your order date. Please ensure that you have the original eReceipt listing the price paid, as this is required for processing.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Please note: Opened goods without original packing and used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be manufacturer’s defect.
